Meeting with Argonne National Laboratory (ANL)
We had the honor of hosting a delegation from Argonne National Laboratory (ANL), accompanied by members of the US U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). This visit was a valuable opportunity to explore potential collaborations in green hydrogen and smart grid technologies.
Discussions focused on the possibility of combining ANL’s technical expertise with the advanced infrastructure of the Green & Smart Building Park (GSBP). This promising collaboration could lead to new technological advancements and strengthen our shared commitment to a sustainable energy future.
Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) is one of the leading multidisciplinary research laboratories in the United States. They focus on areas such as energy, materials science, computer science, national security, and much more. Their expertise in research and innovation is globally recognized.
We were particularly honored to receive among this delegation the Moroccan scientist Kawtar Hafidi, who is the Associate Laboratory Director for Physical Sciences and Engineering at Argonne National Laboratory. She oversees five Argonne research divisions and two U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) user facilities conducting fundamental and applied research in nuclear and high energy physics, materials science, chemical science and engineering, and nanoscience and technology.
